  1. 01

Create a room or accept an invitation

Open Group. Eligible members can choose New hunt and complete the room setup. If someone invited you, review and accept the invitation using your own account.

Give the room a clear name, choose the hunt details and schedule, then select its Hunt Start pin before saving.
  2. 02

    Choose the same hunt

Select the intended room and check its status. A new room may already be active based on its start time. Use Team for members and invitations, Feed for private field updates, and Chat for the conversation.

Check the selected room and its status. This example is archived; active hunts have their own sharing and field controls.
  3. 03

    Invite the right people

Use the selected hunt's invitation controls. Friends and accepted requests are managed through Team or Friends & Messages. Confirm the room name so an invitation does not go to the wrong hunt.

  4. 04

    Coordinate in an active hunt

If the room is waiting to start, the organizer can use Start hunt in Your field settings. An already active room needs no extra start step. Each member chooses location sharing and new-pin audience for this room; existing private Locker content is not automatically shared.

  5. 05

    Finish without deleting the history

Use the hunt's end controls when the trip is complete. An ended hunt keeps its saved history subject to membership retention. Deleting a hunt is a separate permanent action, so read its confirmation.
