Allowing enables these OpenAI-dependent features for this sign-in. You can optionally remember approval for your account on future sign-ins, until you turn it off or this disclosure changes. Before signing in, permission covers only account-creation safety checks; the new account needs its own approval. Declining leaves these actions off; the map and features that do not need this processing remain available.

This does not enable optional photo AI memory or community learning. Those remain separate choices.

Change this choice in AI processing settings in your preferences. Turning it off removes remembered approval and stops future gated requests on this browser or app session; it cannot recall data already sent or cancel processing already underway.

Use the private hunt feed and chat

Keep sightings, photos and quick coordination inside the right hunt room.

Where to start in the appGroup → select a hunt → Feed or Chat
  1. 01

    Check the room name

    Select your hunt before opening Feed or Chat. These sections belong to that room, unlike the nationwide community feed.

  2. 02

    Post a private field update

    In Feed, choose the relevant update type, write what you observed and optionally add a photo. Wait for Posted; if delivery is not confirmed, use Retry post rather than starting a duplicate update.

  3. 03

    Coordinate in Chat

    Use Chat for the hunt conversation. If the app offers a map-pin suggestion, choose the real location yourself and review it before sharing. A message does not establish a precise animal location.

  4. 04

    Review an ended hunt

    After the hunt ends, saved feed and chat history can be reviewed. Read-only controls explain when new updates cannot be added.

    Ended hunts retain their conversation history. The read-only notice explains why new messages cannot be added to this room.
