Allowing enables these OpenAI-dependent features for this sign-in. You can optionally remember approval for your account on future sign-ins, until you turn it off or this disclosure changes. Before signing in, permission covers only account-creation safety checks; the new account needs its own approval. Declining leaves these actions off; the map and features that do not need this processing remain available.

This does not enable optional photo AI memory or community learning. Those remain separate choices.

Change this choice in AI processing settings in your preferences. Turning it off removes remembered approval and stops future gated requests on this browser or app session; it cannot recall data already sent or cancel processing already underway.

Style, clean up and share a saved trail

Keep the useful section of a recorded trip while preserving the original.

    Find the trail

    Search Saved trails by name or field note. Use Map to inspect the route, Edit for its details, and Show or Hide to control visibility.

    Adjust its appearance

    Choose a clear color and line thickness. Give the trail a name that explains the trip or approach so it is easy to find later.

  3. 03

    Remove an unwanted section

    For a GPS recording, open Clean up / erase sections. Select a start and end point, review the red selection, then choose Erase selected section. Undo is available while you edit.

  4. 04

    Save a cleaned copy

    Name the copy and choose Save cleaned copy. Your original remains in Locker. Erased gaps are not reconnected, and original timing is not transferred to the edited copy.

    Share deliberately

    Use Share to review a supported private sharing destination. Check the route and included notes before sending. Use Map Data Transfer if you need a geographic file for another tool.
