Allowing enables these OpenAI-dependent features for this sign-in. You can optionally remember approval for your account on future sign-ins, until you turn it off or this disclosure changes. Before signing in, permission covers only account-creation safety checks; the new account needs its own approval. Declining leaves these actions off; the map and features that do not need this processing remain available.

This does not enable optional photo AI memory or community learning. Those remain separate choices.

Change this choice in AI processing settings in your preferences. Turning it off removes remembered approval and stops future gated requests on this browser or app session; it cannot recall data already sent or cancel processing already underway.

Prepare the phone before you lose service

Download a map area and check your saved field data while you still have a connection.

    Prepare online first

    Open Offline maps in a supported VENATRIQ mobile app. Sign in online and prepare or refresh offline access. Review the displayed access-refresh date before leaving service.

  2. 02

    Download the area

    Use the native map manager to name and download your area with Satellite and Topo maps. Wait until it is ready; simply browsing an online map is not the same as downloading it.

  3. 03

    Check the saved result

    Open the downloaded map while you still have service. Review the area's coverage, pins and field records. Refresh saved field data after important online edits.

  4. 04

    Review changes when you reconnect

    Offline features and available controls depend on your installed build. When the app offers Review offline changes, inspect pending pins and edits and finish syncing them to the same account.

Why is Offline maps missing?

The control only appears when the installed native app reports offline-map support. It is not a browser download feature. Check the app version and membership; live weather, new AI analysis and True 3D still require service.
