What may be sent

Allowing enables these OpenAI-dependent features for this sign-in. You can optionally remember approval for your account on future sign-ins, until you turn it off or this disclosure changes. Before signing in, permission covers only account-creation safety checks; the new account needs its own approval. Declining leaves these actions off; the map and features that do not need this processing remain available.

This does not enable optional photo AI memory or community learning. Those remain separate choices.

Change this choice in AI processing settings in your preferences. Turning it off removes remembered approval and stops future gated requests on this browser or app session; it cannot recall data already sent or cancel processing already underway.

Save field photos with useful context

Attach a photo to the right pin, trail, area or property instead of leaving it disconnected.

  1. 01

    Choose or take a photo

    Open Add Photo and select an image from your library or the device camera option. Review the preview before continuing.

    Choose a photo, add context and review where it will be saved. The AI-evidence checkbox is a separate choice.

    Choose where it belongs

    Keep it in Field album or attach it to a listed pin, trail, area, property or current map location. Review the target name and coordinates; the current map center is not automatically where the photo was taken.

    Add a factual caption

    Record what you saw and any useful timing or context. If an AI-evidence option is available, choose it deliberately; private evidence also follows your account privacy and membership settings.

  4. 04

    Wait for the save

    Keep the sheet open until the upload completes. Find the photo again in Locker. Use Trail Cameras for camera imports that need an actual capture time, and Trophy Room for antler photo reviews.
