Manage your profile, states and membership
Keep your identity and hunting preferences current and understand what your plan includes.
- 01
Keep one account identity
Use the email, Google or Apple sign-in method associated with your existing account. Apple Hide My Email may use a relay address. Check the signed-in profile before creating a second account.
- 02
Complete the state setup
Paid accounts must complete the requested state selection. Scout premium access is limited to its two selected states; Apex provides nationwide coverage. Free can omit a state. Your actual requested location determines geographic access.
- 03
Set hunting preferences
Open My Profile and update preferred hunting states, species, methods and practical ranges. Review these again when starting a hunt in a different place or with different equipment.
- 04
Review your membership and allowances
Open Subscription & Billing for the active package and available management controls. Hunt AI and full Hunt Plans have separate allowances. Use the billing or restore controls shown for the store or service that manages your purchase.
WHEN SOMETHING LOOKS DIFFERENT
Quick answers.
Why is a paid feature locked?
Confirm the account, active membership, required state setup, requested location and remaining allowance. Coverage or feature availability can also matter. A purchase, invitation and sign-in on different accounts will not automatically combine their access.
