Acceptable Use

This Acceptable Use Policy protects hunters, landowners, wildlife, other users, third-party providers, and the VENATRIQ Services across applications and websites. It supplements the Terms of Service and applies to every account, map object, message, upload, AI request, integration, and automated interaction.

You may not use VENATRIQ to poach, trespass, evade seasons or bag limits, target protected wildlife, hunt by a prohibited method, interfere with lawful wildlife management, bypass access restrictions, conceal unlawful activity, or encourage another person to do so. You are responsible for current licenses, permission, regulations, and ethical field conduct.

You may not use maps, live location, routes, weather, or AI output to justify an unsafe shot, ignore a closure or warning, enter terrain beyond your ability, or replace emergency communication and trained judgment. Do not submit false emergencies, obstruct responders, or represent VENATRIQ as a rescue or dispatch service.

• Do not track or publish another person's precise location without informed permission.
• Do not submit another person's personal data or identifiable photos for third-party AI processing without the rights and permissions needed for that use.
• Do not expose private stand sites, access routes, property boundaries, contact details, or hunt-room content without authority.
• Do not use VENATRIQ for stalking, intimidation, harassment, doxxing, surveillance, or threats.
• Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent ownership, access rights, credentials, or affiliation.
• Do not spam friend or message requests, send repeated unwanted contact, or misuse group help alerts.

Do not upload or transmit unlawful, malicious, fraudulent, infringing, defamatory, sexually exploitative, hateful, or intentionally deceptive content. Graphic lawful-harvest content must be relevant, responsibly presented, and shared only where the product permits it. Do not upload malware, credential-stealing content, or files designed to disrupt a device or service.

Usernames are unique account identifiers. Display names may be shared by different people. Both must be appropriate and must not contain profanity, sexual content, hate, threats, or impersonation.

Ordinary swearing in conversations is controlled by each hunter's profanity preference. It never permits sexual content, child exploitation, hate, threats, or instructions to harm people. Nude and sexual images are not permitted, including profile, field, and Group Hunt photos. Ordinary wildlife and relevant lawful-harvest photos are evaluated separately from human nudity.

Do not evade screening with misspellings, hidden characters, embedded text, altered media, or misleading names. A successful automated check is not permission to violate these rules. Report suspected violations through Help Center; contact support if appropriate content is rejected.

• Do not probe, attack, overload, disrupt, or bypass authentication, authorization, rate limits, subscriptions, or security controls.
• Do not scrape, bulk-export, mirror, resell, or reconstruct protected VENATRIQ or provider datasets without written permission.
• Do not use bots or automated requests except through an expressly authorized interface and within its limits.
• Do not poison field data, submit fabricated outcomes as verified observations, manipulate AI safeguards, or present AI output as authoritative regulation or proof of access.

We may remove content, limit a feature, preserve evidence, suspend an account, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to investigate or address a violation. We consider severity, risk, history, intent, and the possibility of correction. We may report credible threats or apparent unlawful conduct when required or appropriate under law.

Report abuse, unsafe sharing, or security concerns to support@venatriq.com. Include enough detail to locate the relevant account, hunt room, content, or event without posting sensitive information publicly.
