Delete your VENATRIQ account

Use Account and Security to verify your password or request an email confirmation code. Google and Apple users can use the code option without creating a password.

1. 1. Export information you want to keep, then open Account and Security.
2. 2. Review Delete account. It removes your private field library, AI memory, social connections, direct conversations, and groups and properties you own. Your contributions to other groups and properties are removed too.
3. 3. Confirm your password or email code and type DELETE. An associated Stripe subscription is canceled before account cleanup completes. Apple and Google Play subscriptions must be canceled separately in the store; deleting an account does not stop store renewal. This does not automatically issue a refund or remove required payment records.

Independent copies saved by other people, provider records, legally required records, and backups may remain subject to the retention details in our Privacy Policy. Contact support for a broader personal-data request or purchases through another platform. Protected administrator and system accounts require administrative handling. Never email your password or confirmation code.
